Hi! I’m Alondra, a dedicated dental assistant with a passion for patient care and oral health.
After completing my education at Carrington College, where I gained hands-on experience in dental procedures and patient management, I joined The Kids Dental Office of Phoenix and Orthodontics eager to contribute to a positive dental experience for every patient.
My goal is to ensure a comfortable environment while supporting the dental team in delivering exceptional care. I am committed to continuing education to stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
In my free time I enjoy going to concerts, spending time with my dog Daisy and going to Chick-Fil-A.

Hello, my name is Marc and I have over 10 years of experience in retail and food industries but recently switched to start a new adventure in to dental care! I have three amazing pups named Banshee, Belami & Bruno who keep me busy & motivate me to stay positive!
I love to hike, travel to National Parks, and have pool days with my pups, friends and family.
In my spare time I like to edit videos and photos but nothing brings me greater joy than lending a helping hand wherever I can!

Hi Everyone! My name is Josh Hackmyer. This is my first year working in Dentistry and I love every second!
I moved to Arizona in 2014 and I recently graduated from the University of Arizona where I majored in Public Health and played lacrosse for 4 years.
Outside of Dentistry, I love going to Diamondback baseball games, music, working out, and spending time with friends/family.
I will be applying to dental school this summer and I cannot wait to become a professional and serve others!

I am passionate about Orthodontics because I love watching the confidence build in my patients as their teeth get straighter throughout their treatments.

I have been a Pediatric dental assistant for 11 years, and 10 of those years I have been chair side with Dr. Bienstock. I have been an ortho assistant for 5 years.
I am originally from California. I am left handed, but in dentistry, I do everything right handed, so I am ambidextrous!
In my free time, I love playing volleyball, roller skating, going to the gym and spending time with my family.
I have two puppies named Ace and Lola who I love to play with!

Hi everyone, I’m Dora!
After completing dental school in 2020 and working as a dentist in Poland for a few years. I decided to pursue my career abroad.
Drawn by the warm climate and vibrant culture of Arizona I made the bold decision to relocate to Phoenix. I embraced the opportunity to join The Kids Dental Office of Phoenix and Orthodontics as a dental assistant.
Outside of dentistry I enjoy exploring Arizona’s natural beauty, from hiking trails in Sedona to the picturesque landscapes of the Grand Canyon. I am fluent in Polish, Russian, Turkish, Tajik and English, allowing me to connect effortlessly with people from various backgrounds and ensure they receive personalized care.
I look forward to continuing my journey in pediatric dental care in Phoenix, where every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and positively impact the oral health and well-being of our community.

Ariel Roberts, our Director of Special Projects, is a native to Phoenix. She has three young girls, twins Vivi and Zuzu, and Rooney. She loves to spend her time outside of work gardening and flower arranging, travelling with her husband, learning Italian, trying new restaurants, and playing with her girls.

Hello! My name is Erica. I have been in dentistry since 1997. I have worked in all areas of dental. I started as an Oral Surgery Assistant. I am passionate about dentistry and helping patients love to smile, and oral health is very important to me.
I am originally from Chicago, Illinois, and have lived in Arizona for 13 years now. My husband Matt is originally from Arizona. In our spare time we enjoy Nascar, and checking out escape rooms and haunted houses with our friends. And fun fact… I am a huge Disney fan!
We have 2 wonderful pets, our dog Coco who we rescued in 2020, and our kitten Chase who we found alone outside. They are both living their best lives now.

I was born in California (Santa, Ana) and moved to Arizona around 2005. I am the 2nd oldest out of 5 girls in my family. We have 2 pit bulls, 4 turtles, and one Malti poo puppy.
In my free-time I enjoy singing/ karaoke, walking trails/hiking, cooking, and playing my Nintendo switch. I’ve always had an interest in the dental field since I was young.
My favorite part of my job is giving families information on the importance of creating healthy oral hygiene habits that will last a lifetime.
My favorite holiday is the 4th of July.

Rahul Bhola, DDS

Community connections from a core of Dr. Bhola’s personality as well as his career, just as he grew playing street sports, enjoying street food in a small town in India. He has evolved his fine dental practice in Calgary for the last several years, tapping on his mission of seeing patients at an early age for better diagnosis, treatments & prognosis.
Dr. Bhola has a natural connection to children especially with special needs, disabilities or some medical morbidities and he would anytime take an extra mile to comfort them. His only passion is kids and kids and not to say kids.
In addition to his professional life, Dr. Bhola enjoys being a skilled cook and volunteers in community service in the area of spiritual wellness. He is an avid critic of films and cricket alike. He likes being a novice ice-skater with his kids, where the teacher-student equation reverses in age.
Amanda Harris, DDS
Resident
Dr. Amanda Harris was born and raised in Orange County, California. As a kid she enjoyed performing with her dance and cheer teams, painting, drawing, and creating art of all kinds. You could often find her at Laguna Beach, which she considers her happy place. She started shadowing her orthodontist in the summer of 2012 when she was 16 years old, and she has been working in the dental field ever since.
After graduating high school in 2014, Dr. Harris started her undergraduate education at Santa Clara University as the first person in her family to go to college. At SCU, she was a part of the hip-hop dance team and the LEAD scholars program, a community for first generation college students. During her senior year at Santa Clara, she worked for a Pediatric Dental office in both the front office and back office. Here, she solidified her love for all things pediatrics. In 2018, Dr. Harris graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies.
Dr. Harris moved back home to Orange County to work as a dental assistant in a General Dentist office while she studied for the DAT and applied to dental schools. She was accepted to the University of Utah School of Dentistry and began her education in August 2020. During her time in Utah, she fell in love with the beautiful outdoors, the snowy winters, and of course the amazing education. Dr. Harris was accepted into the Pediatric Pathways Program at UUSOD and was able to focus her education on pediatrics starting in her second year. Through all four years, Dr. Harris had the role of Social Lead where she planned events and parties for her class and for the whole school. Dr. Harris graduated from University of Utah School of Dentistry in May 2024 with a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. She is so excited to start her new adventure in sunny Phoenix, Arizona where she can continue exploring the outdoors and pursue her specialty education in Pediatric Dentistry.
Subechha Khadka, DDS

Dr. Subechha Khadka was born and raised in Nepal. After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Nepal, moved to the States for further education. She completed her Advanced Standing DMD from Boston University and practiced in Texas as a General Dentist.
Dr. Subechha also possesses a degree in global health, working with many local organizations in Nepal during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has mostly worked in pediatric focused offices and also chairs an NGO that provides oral health to the kids of rural mountains of Nepal.
Dr. Subechha loves to travel with her son, and has traveled to more than 40 different countries.
Alan Truong, DDS

Introducing Dr. Truong, who was born and raised in San Jose, California. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and later attained the title of Doctor of Dental Medicine upon graduating from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-AZ, Class of 2023. Since graduating, he has worked at various private practices around Arizona, honing his clinical and communication skills.
Having been in Boy Scouts for 10 years and achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, he always found enjoyment in leading, educating, and motivating his younger peers to work together towards a common goal. These experiences helped set him on the path towards his career as a pediatric dentist. Through his dental experience at Midwestern University and shadowing under a pediatric dentist at West Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, he realized that his skills, passions, and achievements have all converged toward a rewarding career in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Truong’s passion for dentistry goes beyond his expertise. He is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with his parents. With a gentle and compassionate approach, he ensures that each patient feels comfortable throughout their dental visits. He strives not only to create a brighter and healthier smile but also to create a dental environment that is warm, welcoming, and enjoyable.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Truong enjoys cooking, exercising, playing the piano, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. Coming from a tight-knit family, he values and prioritizes his relationship with his patients as such. He encourages others to smile brighter, laugh louder, and live happier.
